Sangiovanni Art Gallery & Studio, localizada en pleno corazón del casco histórico de Santo Domingo, primera Ciudad Colonial de América construida por los conquistadores españoles y hermosa ciudad capital de la República Dominicana, se abre como un espacio cultural para la exhibición, disfrute y creación de obras de artes contemporáneas, del más fino y alto nivel creativo universal.
Ubicada en el segundo nivel de una vieja casona en la calle Arzobispo Meriño No. 111, cuenta con sala de exposición, oficina y talleres para diversas expresiones de las artes visuales. Ha albergado por más de diez años el estudio del artista y creador dominicano Carlos Sangiovanni, quien decidió inaugurarla al público como Galería-Estudio, el 27 de junio del 2013. La apertura de este nuevo espacio cultural de la Zona Colonial, acogió la nueva muestra de pinturas y cerámicas de Sangiovanni, titulada: ¨ El Último Árbol ¨.
Sangiovanni Art Gallery & Studio, pretende ser un espacio para la experimentación, el desarrollo del talento creativo, la reflexión sobre temas culturales y la divulgación de genuinas y nuevas formas expresivas en el campo de las artes, cónsona con nuestra filosofía sobre la creación artística.

Located on the second floor of an old house on the street Archbishop Meriño No. 111, has showroom, office and workshops for diverse expressions of the visual arts. It has hosted for more than ten years, the study of the artist and creator Dominican Carlos Sangiovanni , who decided to inaugurate the public Gallery – Studio, the June 27, 2013 . The
opening of this new cultural space in the Colonial Zone , welcomed the new exhibition of paintings a
nd ceramics by Sangiovanni , entitled ¨ The Last Tree ¨.
